Kitchen Shelves Warranty

Kitchen Shelves believes reputation is built on delivering quality products for a fair price. We believe that while the customer may not always be right it is better to treat them as if they are. Our basic shelf is guaranteed to be free from manufacturer's defects for a period of one year from the delivery date. Our standard shelves are guaranteed for a period of two years and our Premier line of premium sliding shelves are guaranteed for as long as you own your home. If our shelves fail due to a manufacturer's defect during the warranty period simply return the shelf postage paid and we will either repair or replace it as we deem necessary. A return postage charge may apply. No returns are accepted without a return authorization number.

We understand that buying a custom slide out shelf on-line may be uncomfortable. That is why we offer our one shelf no hassle return policy. If you purchase one sliding shelf from us and are not satisfied for any reason simply return the shelf postage paid within two weeks of receiving your order with a note explaining why you are not satisfied and we will refund your original purchase price. Remember to call or email first for a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization clearly listed on the outside of the package. Shipping charges are not included in refund. We make this offer because we are confident that you will be more than satisfied with the quality of our pull out shelves. We suggest you purchase one shelf to try before ordering shelves for all of your kitchen cabinets. This way you can see exactly what we make with very little risk to you. We only make the offer for one shelf because all of our shelves are all custom made and any returned shelves will likely be disposed of. All other returns will be checked for condition and completeness. Upon satisfactory inspection we will issue a credit in the amount of the original purchase price less a 15% restocking fee on the credit card account used in the original purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded.  If you order shelves incorrectly and need them cut down or even remade you can return the shelves to us postage paid, and we will re-cut or re-make the shelves and return them to you at no additional charge. You must receive a return authorization number before retuning any items. Kitchen accessory products other than sliding shelves offered by Kitchen Shelves are subject to their manufacturer's warranty and warranted returns should be made directly to the manufacturer.  Custom shelf orders that are canceled after construction has begun but before the order has shipped are subject to a cancellation charge of up to 25% depending on the circumstances
