| Kitchen Shelves WarrantyKitchen Shelves believes reputation is built on
delivering quality products for a fair price. We believe that while the customer
may not always be right it is better to treat them as if they are. Our basic
shelf is guaranteed to be free from manufacturer's defects for a period of one
year from the delivery date. Our standard shelves are guaranteed for a period of
two years and our Premier line of premium sliding shelves are guaranteed for as
long as you own your home. If our shelves fail due to a manufacturer's defect
during the warranty period simply return the shelf postage paid and we will
either repair or replace it as we deem necessary. A return postage charge may
apply. We understand that buying a custom slide out shelf on-line may be uncomfortable. That is why we offer our no hassle re-cut policy. If you purchase custom made shelves from us and they are the wrong size due to your error we will re-cut or remake up to two shelves at no charge. You will be responsible for sending the shelf back to us and for the return postage but there will be no charge for cutting or if necessary remaking the first two shelves. If there are more than two shelves that need to be remade or cut down there will be a $15 per shelf recut fee. Remember to call or email first for a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization clearly listed on the outside of the package. We suggest you purchase one shelf to try before ordering shelves for all of your kitchen cabinets. All other items can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Returns will be checked for condition and completeness. Upon satisfactory inspection we will issue a credit in the amount of the original purchase price less a 25% restocking fee on the credit card account used in the original purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded. You must receive a return authorization number before retuning any items. Kitchen accessory products other than sliding shelves offered by Kitchen Shelves are subject to their manufacturer's warranty and warranted returns should be made directly to the manufacturer.
